Miotur accommodates teams of 2 to 76 people in Berceni, Ilfov, on the southern edge of Bucharest, in rooms for 2, 3 and 4 people, bungalows for 2 and two villas for 8 with kitchenette. We work exclusively with companies. A single contract.

Villa for 8 people, with kitchenette
Each villa has a ground floor and an upper floor, bedrooms with single beds, a living room, a kitchenette with hob, fridge, sink and furniture, private bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating, TV and Wi-Fi. The only accommodation type with its own space for cooking and dining.

What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the period and the number of people. Miotur works with stays from a few weeks to over a year. Once the request arrives, we reply with a quote.
How much does worker accommodation at Miotur cost?
Rates depend on the number of people, the duration and whether meals are included. The quote arrives within 24 working hours of sending the request. The price is calculated per person per night or per month.
Is there a company contract and invoice?
Yes. We work exclusively under contract, with a company invoice, monthly or as agreed.
Can the number of people change along the way?
Yes, subject to availability. The contract sets out how changes are announced.
Are meals available?
Yes, lunch and dinner, at extra cost, ordered in advance, via a catering partner. We do not serve breakfast. The villas have a kitchenette.
Do the rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes, every room, bungalow and villa has a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms?

Yes, central heating in all rooms, bungalows and villas.

Are foreign workers accommodated too?
Yes. We communicate in Romanian and English, and the villas have a kitchenette for those who cook to their own customs.
