Miotur accommodates worker teams, up to 76 people, who take lunch and dinner on request. The restaurant operator can take over this service.

The hall is furnished, the kitchen is equipped and sized for 240 seats. The operator opens after bringing in the staff and the stock.

160 seats, with its own lobby
The upstairs hall has a waiting lobby, restrooms and access to the kitchen via the dumbwaiter. It can be used as the main hall or only for events.
What operators ask us
For how long is it rented?
On a long-term basis, with the duration and the terms negotiated in the contract.
Who obtains the operating permits?
The operator, in its own name. Miotur makes the premises' documents available.
Can only the ground floor be rented?
This is discussed at the quote stage, depending on the operator's concept and on the use of the upper floor for events.
Can the terrace be included?
Yes, the 80-seat covered terrace can be included in the contract.
Are the accommodated teams required to eat at the restaurant?
No. Lunch and dinner are offered to the teams on request, through the catering partner; the restaurant operator can become this partner.
