Miotur rents out the covered terrace in the middle of the courtyard, with tables, chairs and tableware for 80 people, for private parties and company events. We provide the space and the fittings; the food, the drinks and the staff are provided by the client. Direct access to the playground, parking inside the premises, accommodation for guests on request.

What those renting the terrace ask us
Does Miotur provide the food or the staff?
No. Miotur provides only the space and the fittings. The food comes through any caterer or is prepared by the client; the same goes for the serving staff, if needed.
Can the terrace and the hall be rented together?
Yes, for larger events: the 80-seat terrace plus the hall with 80 seats downstairs and 160 upstairs.
What happens if it rains?
The terrace is covered. As a precaution, the downstairs hall can also be reserved.
Is there accommodation for guests?
Yes: rooms, bungalows and villas in the same complex, booked separately.
Is there parking?
Yes, 39 free spaces inside the premises, under video surveillance. No trucks.
