Can the kitchen be rented without the restaurant hall?
Yes. For a dark kitchen only the kitchen is rented, with the storage and the changing rooms.

Long term, negotiable in the contract.
Who obtains the permits?
The operator, in its own name. Miotur makes the premises' documents available.
How do couriers get in?
Through the gate on DJ503, with parking inside the premises. The access flow is set in the contract, separate from the accommodation area.
Can the operator also deliver to the teams accommodated in the complex?
Yes. The accommodated teams take lunch and dinner on request; the operator can take over the service.
