The complex is fenced, with a fountain and a covered terrace at its centre. After the workday, the team has open-air space: no neighbours, no traffic, and parking a few metres away.

Miotur sits at the exit from Bucharest towards Berceni, with quick access to A0 and thus to A1, A2 and DN5 without crossing the city. The times below are measured at rush hour.

What is the minimum stay?
It depends on the period and the number of people. Miotur works with stays from a few weeks to over a year. Once the request arrives, we reply with a quote.
Is there a company contract and invoice?
Yes. We work exclusively under contract, with a company invoice, monthly or as agreed.
Are meals available?
Yes, lunch and dinner, at extra cost, ordered in advance, via a catering partner. We do not serve breakfast. The villas have a kitchenette for those who prefer to cook.
Is there parking for vans and minibuses?
Yes. Two free car parks inside the complex, 39 spaces in total, with CCTV. Cars, vans and minibuses have access; trucks do not.
Can the number of people change along the way?
Yes, subject to availability. The contract sets out how changes are announced.
